Receptionist

 

Looking for a part-time or side gig? Our practice is currently looking for a PART-TIME Receptionist!

Ulrich Orthodontics is an established, family practice of over 50 years in the Auburn area. Our current employees are long-time team members, and our goal is to grow our practice family. We are looking for an honest, efficient and enthusiastic team member to join our team!

 

Duties (to include but are not limited to)

• Customer Service! Willing to go above and beyond the job description.

• General administrative support

• Booking appointments, answering phones and maintaining the schedule

• Coordinate patient paperwork

• Processing patient payments

• General cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

 

Position Specifications:

• Position is , M-TH with alternating Monday and Wednesdays.

• September thru May: Afternoons 1:15-5 p.m.

• June-August: Mornings 7:45 a.m.-noon

• Eligible for Paid Time Off.

 

Experience:

• At least 2 years reception experience required

• Healthcare reception experience a plus!

• Ability to work well and take direction in a team-environment

• Outgoing and empathetic personality

• Strong communication skills

• Enjoy greeting and talking with our patients and their families

• Attention to detail!

This is a PART TIME position, 12 hours per week. Position beginning range is from $19-$21 per hour.
