Our practice is currently looking for a PART-TIME (Approximately 24 hours per week) Reception Scheduling Coordinator.

 

Ulrich Orthodontics is an established, family practice of 50 years in the Auburn area. Our current employees are long-time team members, and our goal is to grow our practice family. We are looking for an honest, efficient, detail oriented individual who would like to join our team.

Duties (to include but are not limited to)

• Customer Service! Willing to go above and beyond the job description and willing to think outside the box.

• General administrative support

• Booking appointments, answering phones and maintaining the schedule

• Coordinate patient paperwork

• Billing insurance

• Processing patient payments

• General cleaning

• Other duties as assigned

 

Position Specifications:

• Position is approximately 24 hours per week (3 days), M-TH with alternating Monday and Wednesdays (calendar provided at time of hire)

• 7:45 a.m.-5 p.m., 1+ hour for lunch

• Eligible for Paid Time Off and enrollment in CalSavers Retirement program.

 

Experience:

• 3-5 years dental or other healthcare front-office experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work well in a team-environment

• Outgoing and empathetic personality

• Strong communication skills

• Enjoy greeting and talking with our patients and their families

• Attention to detail

 

This is a PART TIME position, 24 hours per week. Position range is from $17-$22 per hour, DOE.
